Several new Etsy listings!

Hello! It's Poppy again.


We have, as the title says, several new listings in the Etsy store! I didn't get to model any of them this time around, but such is life, I suppose. :D


First off, we have several new pairs of gloves. Two of the sets are knucks with stripes. One is called "Violet Moonlight", and the other "Aquamarine".
There are pictures of them on the side of this post, and, as usual, a link to the shop on the side of the blog.


The other set is a new style for the store; flip top mittens!



I'm very excited about both styles. Maybe I can convince Mimi to make me some..... :)

We also have a new outfit in. By new, I mean that it has been up in the shop for a few weeks, but was not formally mentioned on the blog yet. So it's new to the blog, anyway.
The outfit is entitled Crimson November, and is an outfit "reminiscent of chillier days." It took a long time to make, but it was a lot of fun. At least, that's what Mimi says.
I wouldn't know, because I had no part in the sewing process. While she sewed, I was busy doing more important things like watching TV and
eating cookies.

New outfit in the store, "Spring Sky"!

Hello! This is Poppy.
Not to much has been happening around here... at least not anything that has seemed "post-worthy". If ya know what I mean. The most exciting thing that has happened recently (of everything that comes to mind) is that Mimi made a new outfit for the etsy store, and I got to wear it in the photos! Yay!
 I think this is probably my favorite thing I've gotten to model for the etsy store. In principle, I'm not exactly crazy about lace, but I actually like it a lot on this outfit!

Recently I listed a new outfit in my Etsy store, an outfit entitled "Christmas Carol". It is roughly based off of my entry in the Doll Wardrobe's Fashion Design contest, if you couldn't tell.

*Technical Difficulties*

Hello!!
Well, so much for a few days until the Etsy store, as you can see. :P As the title insinuates, there were some technical difficulties. At first there was only the trouble of finding time to put everything together, so it was postponed a little bit. And then the computer died. As you can see, I have access to a computer again, but not all of the pictures and things that were on the other computer. We're going to try to scavenge the information from the other computer eventually, but I don't know how soon. So, it might be a while before the etsy store is up. Sorry 'bout that.

Hello people! This is Poppy.
Well, as the title says, we're going to set up an Etsy store soon! It should be up in a few days, depending on when we get pictures taken and stuff.
Excited? Hopefully. We are, anyways. Or at least, I am. I haven't been able to discuss this with many people yet. I guess that's what I'll be doing after I finish posting this. :D
As soon as the store is up, one of us will post here about it.

Happy 2012, from Poppy!

Hello everybody! My name is Poppy. Well, technically, my full name is Penelope Lotta Parker, but I prefer Poppy personally. :D

My cousin, Jenna, was the one who told me about this blog. She was really excited to hear that I was moving here. I'm not so sure yet, it seems to be a nice place, but I kind of miss my old neighborhood. There were a lot of girls my age in my old neighborhood, and a lot of things to do nearby, like a hair salon, a shopping center, a bookstore, and even a Panera Bread!
Jenna says there's a lot of nice people here, so I can't wait to meet some of them.
My other cousins are moving to this area too. Some coincidence, huh? Before this, I had only seen any of my cousins at family reunions, so it will be nice to see them more often.
I guess that I should probably spend more time actually introducing myself, and less time telling you my whole family history. :P
I don't quite know where to start, so I guess I'll begin with some of my hobbies. I like gardening and swimming a lot. Biking is fun, and so are things like sewing and drawing. My favorite subject in school is Science, but I mostly just like the plant parts.

I haven't met many people around here yet, and the people I have met I met on accident. Most of the people I know here I met while my mom, cousins, and I were at a store, just trying to pass some time. I met some of Jenna's friends, twins named Josefina and Kaya, and Kit, who told me that I could post the New Year's post. Oh, that reminds me. I probably should actually get to the New Years part. Since I haven't been here for very long, I can't really write a long, sentimental "we've had a good year here" sort of thing. I guess I'll have to settle for a good ol'
