Hello!! I would like to start this post off by clarifying that I did not make the magazines themselves... they came as freebies with the large AG magazine that I subscribe to. I did make the cases though! They are made from cardboard that I covered with wrapping paper from my last birthday. :) Prior to this, the magazines had been stored on a small shelf, tied together with a doll hair barrette. The dolls were thrilled to have somewhere to put them where they could access them easily. As soon as the glue dried, they ripped the hair barrette off of them (I haven't seen it since) and crammed their magazines inside. I'm rather surprised that the magazines survived this ordeal, but they came out of it nicely.
